i'm asking because Vanessa Hudgens has long hair in High School Musical and she has short hair in High School Musical 2, and personally I think the short hair look is better but what do you think?

when I say short hair, I don't mean "shoulder length hair", I mean like "3 inches below the shoulders".

3inches below the shoulder is not short hair. At it's longest my hair is about 3inches! That is short hair. Whatever hairdressers I've gone into they call hair above the shoulders short and below the shoulders long.
I had really long hair for ages and just got sick of it. So I cut it off and I love the freedom in short hair. For those people that say you can't do much/anything with short hair you can you just need different products for it.
I like short hair.

On a female either or. It comes down to how it is styled. If it is styled the right way short hair can be very nice and sexy on a woman. But long hair CAN be just as nice and sexy on a woman.

I have always liked my long hair... when i had it cut to a short bob when they were the fashion i liked it all for about an hour... then cried for days wanting it all back! With long hair u have so many more options how to wear it!

I like long hair because you can do more with it when you style it! When it gets on your nerves you can just stick it in a pony tail or a bun and its out of the way!
Short hair is just short hair, you cant do a lot with it!

Long hair on women. Mainly because, I wouldn't want to be with a woman who has shorter hair than me, it would feel like I was with another guy.
