ok so....... me and my partner have been trying to concieve for a a while now, and i have been taking ovulation tests and we have been "doing it" when we are suppost to!,
so anyway i was on my 6th day after ovulation and noticed a small about of brown (old blood) when i wiped, it carried on all day (only little amounts) and i have a little bit the next morning..... could this be implantation? or would it be too early? after all my research it sounds like it could be but everywhere says 6-10 days
im really not sure after so many failed attempts but i have not had this before!
Also when is the best day to take a test? as you girls must know its hard to hold back doing it when you really want something!

Well I'm leaning towards it's not implantation bleeding because of the timing, but then again, not all women are textbook cases, right?!
So if this is implantation bleeding, you could take a blood test in a few days from now or take a urine test in about a week.

Sounds like it was spotting to me. I have also read that implantation can happen anytime between 6-10 days.
There should be enough hormone in your urine to be able to take a test approx. 4 days after implantation.

Best thing to do is to put it out of your mind. wait until the day you are expecting your period. then if it has not come, do pregnancy test next day. The reason im saying this is beacuse if you get too over excited and start beliving that every sign is a sign of pregnancy, you could stress you self out. false hopes - it could laeve you devasted if test comes out negative as you have built yourself up to it so badly. i happened to me a lot, now i have given up, but i do my best to keep my sexual activity up on my fertile days. by the way the bleeding could be implantation bleeding!!!

it could be that you are i would take a test and see what happens and if that comes back negative then i would just wait a week and take another one but if your I'mpatient (like me) im going to the doctors and getting a blood test to make sure good luck hope it all works out for you

Wait until your period due date and do one that morning (with your first wee). If you are pregnant it will show and you should be 4weeks.
Good luck, this could be it. Resist temptation though as a false negative is frustrating and you are just having to retest anyway if you skip a period.
