Of course I wash them. Living in Florida I am barefoot often and get calluses. I have this thing that looks like a cheese grater for feet to get the calluses off. If they feel dry, I go down to the ocean and walk the shorelinie barefoot, the sea water and sand are great exfoliant and gets dead skin off. I like my hubby to rub them too, it feels so good. Having foot surgery soon so right now I have to elevate when I am sitting. Also, I always buy a good sneaker or shoe and stay away from flip flops and open backed shoes , podiatrist recommended.

Yes, sure do. They keep me up all day, and so taking care of them is important to me.
I visit a podiatrist twice yearly to make sure all's ok - I wear orthotics to correct a slight turn in of the feet, so it's great to know they're making a diference.
It's nice to pamper them too with a spa treatment, scrub and moisturising too...gets rid of that hard callous stuff we all get in summer coz of the shoes we wear (or don't if you go barefoot a lot !!)

my daily routine for my feet is l wash them twice a day and scrub the soles with a pumice stone, l get a pedicure done once a month and l have reflexology done on them once in two months the later helps flush out toxins and creates for me a general wellbeing of the whole body it heals try it you will never stop!

i wash them with the rest of my body when it's bath time and clip them when needed. that's about the extent of it
