You can't be sure of course, but it is a bit unlikely that she would be feeling symptoms of pregnancy the day after having sex. She might have been feeling worried about being pregnant and convinced herself into having symptoms.
If she is pregnant, she doesn't have to have the baby if she doesn't want it. She could have an abortion or she could have the baby and put it up for adoption. She should investigate all options, before making a decision.
With the job, there are a few programs that allow her to finish her schooling and have a baby.

wello...hmm, this is always a difficult matter to deal with *chews lip thoughtfully* firstly...get her to get a test. its fairly early (ie, the day after) to tell if shes pregnant or not. its best to know first before she freaks out about it etc
however, if she IS, therse many options available. of course, if she really wanted to (though due to the emotional pain it can cause, i wouldnt recommend it) she could have an abortion. or adopt the baby out later in life.
depending on where you live though, theres usually safehavens she can go if kicked outta home. if her parents are good though, they should help her out. whilst she cant get a job for a little while, she can in a few years. and if the boyfriends any kind of decent guy he'd help out! if not, she should pester him for money at least, enough to support her and the child. its as much his "problem" as hers.
i had a friend in a similar circumstance to you. she was scared to death. we all were. but her parents ended up being great about it. the boyfriend ran off (he wasnt very nice) but she got through it all ok. her babys now 1.5yrs old, and she loves being a mother. so your friend isnt doomed. there ARE options, shes just got to keep her head about her
*snugs* hope everything turns out ok. you could suggest to your friend that she go to a doctor, and perhaps a school councillor or something for help. your local council probably also has some kind of service to help people in the community. try doing some searches on that and see what you can find out =)

It is too soon to know if she is pregnant. She should not be having sex without protection. Not only could she get pregnant, but she could get HIV and die, or some other verneral disease. She will destroy her life, and possibly ruin the life of a child. She is much too young to be having a child.

1) you can't get pregnant (or know you are) that fast...
2) pregnancy happens - people do pre-judge without getting to know the person
3) life will carry on... and it helps with support from friends and family...
