Aili is already a really cute name, almost like a nickname. Maybe you should come up with a nickname based on her hobbies, how she looks, something in her character, etc.

maybe Lee.. but it's a four letter word to start with... why try to shorten it. A nickname that goes with personality a little later in life might be more expected. Good Luck
