They may not be as populer as the yankees because they lost Babe Ruth which lead to the curse of the Bambino and the yankees beggining their triumph in baseball. haha... red sox are a great franchise and i would say the red sox are better than the yanks right now and is like the best team in the league, especially with players like Big Pappi, Manny Ramirez, Jon Papelbon, Josh Beckett, and other big names. they are probably one of the better franchises now.
