At the present moment, Sonu Nigam is the best singer in Bollywood. He singing is effort less. He is the most versatile singer of this generation.

The best singer is KK bcoz he hass ability n that talent to sing all genre songs whether it is a r ock song (Alvida.O meri Jaan) or
Romantic (Ajab si Kuda Jane Zara Si) or
Sad song (Tadap Tadap Ke) sad n romantic (TuJoMila) (bajrangi bhaijan ) or Party /Fast Song (India Wale/Tune Maari Entriyan/Party On my Mind) n many more varities.. only he can sing all types neither Arijit / Amaal /ankit/Jubin from new singers nor shaan/sonu/udit/atif/javed/himesh/nikhil Dsouza is can sang the large varities of sing that he can sing. Mohit chuahan is also digferent from these.. if KK is 20 then mohit is 15 ..but he has not sung any party /fast song yet..but has sung many rock song

It is a question of individual taste and liking. While I would give better marks to Suresh Wadekar, I will be equally generous with someone like Sudesh Bhonsale for his ability to clone any of the past great masters like KL Sehgal and Talat Mahmood with ease and versatility.

Sonu Nigam definetley for guys, and also Udit Narayan. For girls, Alka Yagnik and Kavita Krishunamurthy. They all sound soooo good!

i would say in females asha bhosle, sunidhi chauhan, alka yaknik, kavita krishnamurti, etc.
males sonu nigam, kunal ganjawala, abhijit, k.k., hariharan, shaan, etc.
