I'm kind of in the same situation right now. My boss told me a while back that she thought I was hot, she's a cute girl but I'm not interested. Sometimes you just get caught up in the moment and before you know it you're flirting with that person for months, some people at work even thought we were together. After a while you come to your senses and realize you could be hurting someone, and stop. I feel bad about it now and make sure to keep it more on the friendly side and not flirt. I think this girl you're talking about knew what she was doing. To test her interest maybe start talking to another girl and see if she gets jealous. If she does she's probably interested.

Ha ha, good one. The best way I can describe my reading women's signals is "the blind leading the blind." This accounts for my notorious lack of success with women.
In fact, I am held up as an example of what NOT to do in order to be successful with women in seminars around the world. The pay is actually quite good and they put me in some nice hotels.

Women are very hard to get a read on. They'll say the same thing about us too. You never REALLY know if they're flirting because they like you, or just flirting for fun. I don't mind either but ... you can never be too careful!

Depends on the signal.... If its the 'come to bad and ravish me ' then I'm pretty spot on, but if it's 'come to bed and lets fall asleep together' then I'm usually way off!!!>

yea its pretty hard some times. and sometimes we just think if we try something was we reading the right signals this is why men are sometimes to shy to say what they are feeling..

the signals sometime get jumbled up on the way to my recepticles...so i have a hard time understanding what they are trying to get at. women...*sigh*
cant wait until someone builds some kinda translator

I'm normally spot on, you just do the opposite of what ever they say, if they say they are alright you can guarantee they aren't. It takes years to understand but I'm there now I think !! :)

when women want something they say what do you think of this, if they dont like something that you are looking at its a maybie, or probably,
