Unfortunately, it's a requirement of my job.
At times, I have to be direct and forceful to get results at work.
I don't use that card often, I don't like it, but the honest and true answer is, motivation can't always be kind. Sometimes it needs to be direct and open and honest.

That's a trick question. Since kindness is by definition an act of generosity, and since generosity cannot be sold, kindness cannot be sold.
I have given my kindness and sold my services as determined on a case by case basis.
