Oh, what a competent risk this would be to instruct them precise! And to grant them the affection they could no longer supply me! sure, i'd like that a great deal! i'd then be certain that 2 human beings at the instant are waiting to be adults and to serve the worldwide in a humane way!

I do and I am not amused. This means I will be an obsessive compulsive, completely naive and very hairy faced person with the personality of a wet fish but the mouth of a motor who is in the biggest denial over everything. And that's just my mum!

funny you ask this quesiton....because i was thinking about it myself. no, i don't seem to be turning into my parents. my brother and my sister said that i am a way better parent than my mother and father ever were. they both sucked. they seemed to only care about themselves. my dad is now cool. he actually knows what the meaning of "family" and "fatherhood" is all about. my mom is still b*tching and whining about everything and everybody. but like i said, i'm so glad that i am NOT turning into my parents. i know i'm way better than they were.
i do find myself doing a thing or two that my mom used to do. but it's some of the few cool things she used to do for us. (and i don't mind being like her at all when it comes to those things)

haha, omg. i'm 15, and it's scaring me.
i think i realized it when i was at a party where there was alcohol, and i just left. So, turning into my parents isn't necessarily a bad thing.

I have moments where I sound just like one of my parents. Thankfully they are few and far between.

a little. my mom is a total neat freak and i've found myself sitting and watching tv and then suddenly cleaning and rearranging stuff on the coffee table.

I used to say things to my kids that my mom said to me. Now I hear my kids saying things to theirs that I said to them! That's probably how sayings get passed down thru generations. One of the funniest things my mom used to say if we were climbing on something was 'If you fall and break your legs don't come running to me!?'
