Anyone knows that St James Powerstation building been rebuilt from scratch to be a entertainment hub? I mean old building was demolished and rebuilt the exact replica.

Because I think I once saw the roof , chimney and some walls were tore down.

It was not demolished at all, so it is not a replica too. It was re-developed as an entertainment hub. The interiors were converted to that of a nightspot.

Ya, they are right. It was never demolished. They just renovated it.

The building was there all along. It's the same one all these years.

The building was refurbished... not demolished and rebuilt...
