Recent findings indicate that AIDS has an extremely low affliction rate in the Philippines and Indonesia and this is attributed to the fact that most, if not all, Filipinos and Indonesians are cut.
So if you are sexually active and, worse, promiscuous, you had better get the cut. Don't worry Allan, the teasing will stop anyway. Hehehe.

No I would have had the excess skin circumcized away even if I was was older than 20.
If the doctors refuse, then off to the store I go for a blade, lots of cotton and a bottle of alcohol.
