I'm hoping to be moving in with two of my best friends in the spring, my best friend since pretty much daycare and his sister who I became friends with in highschool. Theyve become like a brother and sister to me. Were all above 18 however their parents are very Filipino and they still live at home. Their parents love me and have unofficially sort of adopted me i call them mom, dad that sort of thing.
However they dont feel that them living away from home isnt such a good idea right now. (Mind you in many countries children stay with their parents through college and into their mid twenties.) We can do it it would be wiser for all of us to move in together than to live separatly. we each make enough money for renting a good apartment, if we pool our resources.
How can we convince them for all of us to get an apartment together?
And having them just go is out of the option they NEED their parents permission first.
please help

These parents are worried about their daughter and you getting together without being married.

I agree that that is the most likely outcome when you're all thrown together like that.

Unless you marry her or agree that she won't be living with you, there won't be any permission.

I totally agree with Peggy. Friendships like these usually don't lasts because after living with these people you are gonna see some characters that you have never seen before. Are you prepared for that? I think you would be better off at home or at your own place. Moving in together causes stress on a relationship. Avoid the tension.

Their family situation is not something that you should get involved with. You could end up losing your friends over it. It is best for you just to go find your own place and let them work things out with their parents.
