I guess I'm still not completely over it-I mean the guy said maybe to me for a dance, then went and asked another girl before telling me a real no. It's difficult. I got so upset, school was Hell. But as long as you can surround yourself with good guy friends and good girl friends, you'll be okay. Just don't make too big a deal out of it even if it hurts and they won't either.

Yes!!!
It took me a while to realize that I didn't have to feel so down as things do happen in life. Not everything that you want in your life is what you expect. So, sometimes it will take me awhile to get over it and then move on.
The longest it ever took me was about 2 months, because I felt betrayed so that I had to realize for a long time that it is not anyone's fault but mine.

I have loved the same girl for over 7 years. It is just now that I realived how worthless I have been. I am still not over it, I drink myself to sleep every night. My advice would be to forget about the hoe as soon as possible (if it isn't already to late...) They are tricky!

I have tried twice. First time is when i am in standard six. Second time when i am in form six. Both guys love my best friend. It hurts a lot. They now are a couple. So how just let it be. Time can change everything.

Yeah, it sucked. It took me a while to get over it. But the best way to get over it is to fill your schedule with different things to do, and go out and meet new people. It always works!

AWWWW, You'll be fine. I know its a bit of a surprise but the time needed to recover varies from one person to another.
Time is the best and only healer.
Good Luck!

That's happened to me a few too many times... I just get over it by realizing that there probably wasn't any chance anyway and moving on.

probably a few weeks. find someone else who's interested in you; distract yourself. don't let one person ruin everything. easier said than done, i know, but TRY.
