Sperm only lives for a few hours (5 days inside a woman's reproductive tract) so it wouldn't be much of a pet. Besides he'd need a microscope to see it. Not much chance for petting and playing.
Tell him to get a puppy instead.

"every sperm is sacred"...With that being said, I'd advise to finding a petri dish or something of that sort (make sure its clean, don't want to infect the lil guy), and let him swim around there. He might find it easier if you were to put some water in there (salt water preferred for he's salty as it is). To keep him alive make sure to throw some dna in there (preferable dead skin or fingernail clippings) and a good microscope should be handy. Considering optimum conditions the lil critter should live for a couple of hours..Good luck.

From what I've heard, sperm dies after 2 weeks. That's one short lived and disgusting pet. xDD
