B and C, Versailles required Germany to admit starting the war and needed Germany to cut down from the army and navy by 100,000 men. Germany also lost all of its colonies and territory's (which was a cause of the war, MAIN: Militarism, Alliances, Imperialism, Nationalism). Germany also had to pay 53 billion dollars in reparations. This caused Germany to fall into a state of deppression.

Books have been written on this subject and its knock on effects, nice to see it oversimplified into a multiple choice question. C is the best fit answer, although B was on the agenda but more as a restriction than a reparation.
