I have a gut feeling that it's nothing serious. I'm not too worried. I'll call in the morning. I think I remember this from my last pregnancy, but I'm not sure. Thanks everyone.

I would call your Dr as soon as possible. The pressure during pregnancy down there is from the babys head pressing into the pelvis. But at 18 weeks your baby is still very small, and wouldnt be capable of creating that sort of pressure.

You better call the dr. I had a lot of pelvic pressure at 26 weeks and went in to preterm labor right after it started. Go to triage at the maternity ward you are having the baby at. Don't wait. If I didn't go when I did, I would have had him at 26 weeks. They said if I had waited an hour they would have not been able to stop him from coming.

Well, I get some pressure too, but it is normally the baby pressing on my bladder. I would go to the doc to check it out, it may be just that or something more serious. good luck!

Your doctor should check you out just in case there is a problem, like incompetent cervix. You should not be having a LOT of pressure at this point.
