you can either drive a car from Amsterdam to Brugge ( Driving is not recommended, due to the difficulty of negotiating tight city streets. If you do decide to drive, it is recommended to rent a car before traveling. Most major car rental agencies service in Amsterdam/Brussels).
Or jump to the train via Brussels then Brugge. Brussels is the closest international gateway to Brugge, one hour distant by train.
The train website:

(also in English version)
If you catch an early train from Amsterdam, you can get there by 11:00 or 12:00 and you can cover a lot of ground in Brugge on foot.
The second class train fare from Amsterdam Centraal to Brugges costs € 39.60 per adult, each way. Sooo, a returm journey would cost € 79.20 per adult. It takes about 3 hrs 35 minutes, each way, and you have to change trains at Antwerp
And also there's a bus goes from Amsterdam to Brugge.
