When you are able to see the doctor ask for some Zofran or Phenergan, they help a lot. Until then, try not to let your stomach go empty, eat whatever you can hold down-small, frequent meals/snacks. Sometimes bitter things help like granny smith apples. Also, you could try taking extra vitamin B6 (I drank Powerade), Emetrol OTC liquid, Sea-Bands motion sickness bracelets, preggie pops or a nurse even suggested Unisom to me.

You have my sympathy! My morning sickness was so bad I got dehydrated and nearly lost the baby and myself. This sickness is nothing to take lightly.
Do not let yourself become dehydrated. Sip water when you can. Even if you puke it up, there's a good chance some will stay in you. It's very important that you get liquids in you.
Do you have someone with you who can go to the store for you? The one thing that I discovered that I could sip and keep down was strawberry flavored milk. No kidding, the stuff saved my life and my baby. After a day of sipping it, I gained the strength to eat some solids.
After I gave birth to a healthy baby (she's now 10) I have had some other friends who have gone through some nasty bouts of morning sickness with their pregnancies. I told them about the strawberry milk and it worked for them too!
Get someone to buy you either the powdered or the ready-made Nestle's Strawberry Quik milk. Sip it through the day.
If you feel you are losing strength, go see a doctor. If your doctor is not available, go to the emergency at the hospital. Like I said, dehydration is a real danger that must be avoided. They will intravenously hydrate you and they may prescribe something that can help you with your nausea.
Good luck and I hope you do better soon.

Get a drink with B vitamens in it. I think B6 is the one that helps the nausea naturally. Drinks like Propel have B6 in them. Talk to you Dr when you go in about getting a prescription for something. I can't think of what it's called off the top of my head but it was a LIFE SAVER!! I had morning sickness 24/7 It was unbearable. If it wasn't for the meds I woudn'd have made it. My second best friend was candy! I had to suck on hard candy to make myself feel better. I actually had to hold a jolly rancher in my mouth while I slept just to get a bit of sleep (be VERY careful about that so as not to choke). That was on top of the meds. Above all I would say try some hard candy. Worthers, jolly ranchers, or those cream savers. Try taking a nibble here and there of something. It will help if you can handle it. Do NOT drink green tea, it can harm the brain of a fetus. Be careful about things. If it wasn't healthy for my body decided that it tasted to nasty to ingest.

One of my friends was in your same situation. The doctor prescribed her some pills that will help with the morning sickness and she felt better the only thing is that they make you very sleepy so she had to change her work hours.

Ginger biscuit and sweet tea worked for me. Try

* Eat four to six small meals per day, instead of three heavy meals. An empty stomach and low blood sugar, resulting from long stretches between meals, can trigger nausea, as can eating too much at one meal.

* Eat crackers or dry toast 20 to 30 minutes before getting up in the morning, while slightly propped up in bed. Bland foods such as crackers or pretzels may help at any time of day when you feel nauseated.

* Minimize the intake of fluids with meals. Instead drink small amounts of fluids frequently between meals.

* Eat a diet high in protein and complex carbohydrates, both of which fight nausea.

* Drink plenty of fluids, especially if you are losing them through vomiting. If they are easier to get down than solids when your stomach is upset, use them to get your nutrients.
* Herbal teas, fruit juices and popsicles are helpful in combating the nauseated feeling.

* Take a prenatal vitamin supplement to compensate for nutrients missed through not eating.

* Avoid the sight, smell, and taste of foods that make you queasy.

* Eat before nausea strikes. Food will be easier to get down and may prevent an attack.

* Eat in bed to avoid an empty stomach and to keep the blood sugar on an even keel.
* Before you go to bed at night, have a snack that is high in protein and complex carbohydrates.

* Get extra sleep and relaxation. Both emotional and physical fatigue can exacerbate morning sickness.

* Greet the morning in slow motion – rushing tends to aggravate nausea.

* Brush teeth with a toothpaste that does not increase the queasiness and rinse the mouth with a good rinser after each bout of vomiting, as well as after each meal. Not only will this keep the mouth fresh and reduce nausea, it will also decrease the risk of damage to teeth and gums that can occur when bacteria starts working on the regurgitated material in the mouth.

* Minimize stress. Morning sickness is more common among women who are under a great deal of stress, either at work or home.

Hope you feel better soon

For a long while the only thing that helped me out was water. I could only drink water for the longest time. The thought of any food made me feel sick. So, even though I hate water, I drank it. And it made me feel better. I'm sorry you feel the way you do. :(

Ginger beer was better for me than water.
Other than that, I found I had to eat constantly in order to not throw up. I snacked on Miniwheats & dried apricots, and cherries.
Hope something in these posts helps you, it's worth a go.

MY doc allowed me to take dramamine, just go light on it, and use it as a last resort, also, try sucking on a peppermint, and drinking flat Coke...and if it gets too bad, call and try to get a sooner appointment, and tell the receptionist why.

I used candied ginger with both of my kids...I was sick as a dog with both of them. Also a good ginger ale....or ginger beer - (which is non-alcoholic) is good too.

Peppermint or chamomile tea is good also...iced....and stay inside where it is cool.

Remember...it won't last forever...even though it feels like it will.
