yes she left the twins alone, something else weired.i agree with your drugging theory i have thought this for a while.why did it take so long to phone the police if she was adamant "they have taken her" and why did a party of 20 invade the crime scene.there is no evidence whatsoever to suggest Madeleine was abducted

I live in Greece and the news is reporting the 5 year old that went missing in Switzerland, the Madeline case hasn't been report for two months.
All the investigations on the apartment that are being carried out now in the Madeleine case should have been done 3 months ago when she went missing, not now.
I don't have a clue what happened to her as there are so many lies and flaws in the stories, all I hope is that she didn't suffer and the truth is discovered soon with the appropriate people being charged and imprisoned.

Leaving the other 2 children to run back to the bar does sound a little weird. I would be surprised if they overdosed Maddy though seeing as they are doctors. She could have had an accident but I doubt that overdose would be the case in this situation. If it was then they are incapable doctors as well as parents.

This is a going to be bad day for the McCanns, followed by a very bad week. The big change has taken place.
Daily Mail, Times and BBC this morning are all reporting what appeared in the Portuguese newspaper yesterday about a British police sniffer dog picking up the scent of a dead body in the McCann apartment. It really is 'bad news' when the British press report such stuff, because they've been avoiding these questions for three months.
If true, it means the police are working on the theory there was no abduction. BBC reported that police were focusing on 'the McCanns and their friends'.
As regards the supposed 'new suspect' - it's unlikely there is one. An independent witness had reported seeing a man with a child on the evening of 3 May - Jane Tanner also reported seeing a man (but no one believes her). The PJ were working on the assumption these were the same man and that it was Robert Murat. But the male witness explicitly ruled out Murat as the man he saw - and he knows Murat personally.
The 'new suspect' is nothing more than trying to put an identity on the man the male witness saw.
It is very likely that Jane Tanner's evidence will now be dismissed.
By the way, if Murat is - as BBC and the Mail are reporting - likely to be cleared as an arguido, it means that the three friends of the McCanns who swore they saw him at the Ocean Club are liars.

I Don't Know How Far True This Story Is But It Doesn't Sound Plausible. I know that they had already left the children on their own but i don't think that she would have left them a second time if she thought that there was a abductor on the loose. And how do you know that she had given the children "sleeping potion"?

I am still hoping Maddie will be found alive and well, having said that, i don't think we are ever going to find out the whole truth about what happened that night, it seems every one involved has changed their story more than once, if the media is to be believed????

I think this McCann saga will be brought to a close by the end of this month . The police are certainly on to them now. Now the British press are turning tails ,the Mc's should be really worried. Gerry's top lawyers will be earning their money now!!The whole thing stinks. They can lie and conspire all they want but they can't run from forensics and the truth.

Eventually the truth will come out ...
What we all have to bear in mind is people react differently to situations ...
Putting myself in her shoes i would react different ..
I hold my own opions on this and as each day passes there are more twists ...
I hope and pray the truth will come out and maddie will be found ..
I hope justice will be served

I think this theory is probably not far from the truth - it's the only thing that fits in with the strange behaviour of the McCanns and their mates.
