Add the sender/s to your blocked sender list.
It's more than likely that these are junk mail and links in the could send you to a site to download a trojan (virus). Do NOT click any links in them, just ignore and add to your blocked senders or report as junk mail.
If youv'e put your email anywhere on the web or used it on a message board it's more than likely a spammer would have harvested your address with a search robot. Unfortunately now they have it there's no real way to stop them using it.
The only thing I can suggest is to use a seperate email address for messqage boards and anything you think may be dodgy. If you have clicked any links run a virus and spyware scan.

Dear
Firstly visit the Website of the Greeting Cards, where from you are receiving the message and check is't looking a reputed website if yes, than check your Greeting Cards message, I think in the below of the message shown the UNSCRIBE LINK click,
In future your link deactivate. Please mind firstly confirmed that Greetings message received company looking reputed, otherwise any link will be harm for your computer.

I'm getting them, too!
The funniest one was telling me that I had a "Greetings Card from your Partner"! Husband of 48 years standing has to be reminded to send me a birthday card most years!!
I "previewed" one before opening it and the page was blank, so now I just delete them all.

Just delete them! I'm getting loads too - most irritating. And remember genuine greeting ecard companies actually put the name of your friend in the subject line!
