hello ppl. I really need your help!! I'm from las vegas and i wanna go to grand canyon, but i dont wanna drive. So, is there a helicopter that departs from las vegas and goes all the way to the grand canyon? I dont need a hotel because i have a house. I would really appreciate your help. : )

Don't know about a helicopter, but I do know there are small aircraft companies that fly to the Grand Canyon airport. It is about an hour flight with sightseeing on the way, and about 45 minutes on the direct return. Try googleing Grand Canyon Air Tours.

I don't think than any helo company's do it because it's too far *But if you give Scenic Airlines a call they'll get you there. Scenic offers various tours of the Canyon including simply getting you there and you can explore the area on your own and catch a plane back to Las Vegas
* Be aware of exactly what part of Grand Canyon helo tours claiming to take you to Grand Canyon are referring to . The Canyon's a big place and while it may be technically correct that they do fly to the Canyon it may not be the part of the Canyon that you had in mind

On the drive out towards Lake Mead, there is a small place outside a hotel that does helicopter tours of the grand canyon. Also there are always ads for heli tours in the "What's Happening" magazines.

you could board helicopter for excursions to Grand Canyon in Las Vegas yet there are regulations to stay with simply by fact of plane and helicopter crashes in the final couple of years in the past.

yes, just pull up las vegas on the net, and it will come to you about things to do there, and yes there is a helicopter trip to the grand cayon. ive seen it. have fun
