Here is the low down on the situation:

Yes Reggie bush is the slated starter

Yes Reggie Bush will rack up more fantasy pts than duece

Yes you should consider him in your draft(Id say itd be a steal if he was still on the board 3rd rd)

But No he wont be getting all of the carries

I have been a Duece fan since day 1 and every year he gets older and more fragile. Lets say that last year the carries were split 50-50

Expect it 2 be 65-35 in favor of the quicker and more agile Reggie Bush

Fantasy Notes: Reggie bush also remember gets a ton of recieving yards so put that in mind when drafting

Deuce McAllister could quite be oneof the most underrated football players in the NFL. I can recall times the past season where he actually kept the Saints in the games. The first playoff game they were in Deuce was a 100 yard rusher and helped seal the deal at the end of the game. The only thing that Reggie Bush has over Deuce McAllister is media attention. Reggie Bush is the media's USC darling and they are going to give him everything he wants.

Deuce McAllister is a guy who beat out the OLD Ricky Williams that was one of the best backs in the league at the time. He can consistently get you solid carries and will be a vital part of the team's success next year.

Didn't anybody watch the Saints/Bears game where all Reggie Bush did was get a WR screen for a TD and he ran 75% of the carries and couldn't do anything. I think that Deuce can get that Lendale/USC role if Peyton gives it to him. I'm just really frustrated about how they treat a guy that had a couple injuries but when healthy has produced great numbers.

Reggie Bush's main strength is speed agility. If he gets hit once he usually goes down. Deuce doesn't have Reggie's speed but has the ability to run over someone. Two combined equals a great combination.

Reggie will be playing a more significant role this year but technically the job is McCallister's to lose. Duece is stll young and dominate, though not as talented as Bush. McCallister is the #1 back but that is only to abut a 60-40 rate on carries. Bush will be a 3rd down back, a slot reciever and split duty back.

he will have great fantasy stats because of his versatility and you should put plenty of stock in him. He will end up gaining tons more fantasy points than duece and i would assume be getting a late 1st or 2nd round draft pick.

i personally have all the confidence in the world that he could be top fantasy value this year

I think this season he will get a lot more playing time than last yeara but will still be splitting time with Deuce. I think they will use him on all outside runs and possibly some passes.
