you have replaced the record associate of a PDF record from Acrobat reader to MS observe. once you get the choice to decide on a software, you could make certain the "use this software constantly" button is unchecked in case you're associating the record with the applying for a one-off. you could splendid this via top-clicking a PDF record and selecting properties. on the final tab there's a factor which says "Opens with" and there's a button marked "exchange..." which you would be able to then decide on the suited application to open it with (eg Acrobat reader).

There isn't much you can do about this. You can try to select the text, copy and paste it into excel, or copy and paste an image, but there is not a good way of importing from PDF to excel.
