Your doctor should be able to give you some idea. I remember when my son was 3 months old, the Dr. gave me his approx. height when he is all grown up based on a formula they use, and he was right. Also, remember this, there are quite a few tall children from midgets, so anything can happen. I am only 5'7, and all of my children are much taller, including my daughter. The boys are taller than their dad. This generation is much taller than the last one was. The teenage years are the ones where you will grow the most, but remember this, you can be the tallest person - based on your personality.

Junk food won't save you from becoming, by using the way, your physique can convert fat and carbs into protein and could use approximately any food that it takes in. actual a delusion that protein shakes or specific ingredients will reason you to be taller than you're genetically predisposed to be. You get your top from the two father and mom, not in simple terms your dad, so genes are figuring out your top, not the rest.

That is a good early indicator also. 22 is when you will probably be your tallest. You get shorter again as you get much older but you don't care by then haha.
