i've lost my degree certificate, how do i get the copy of it?

i desperately need copy of my degree certificate, but don't know how to do it.
if i need to collect it from the university, can another person (family) collect it?

Phone the University were you graduated they will be able to supply you with a copy and yes someone else can collect it for you as long as you tell them this is going to happen.

all you have to do is go to the admission office and fill out a form to get a copy of your degree (or request for an original). there's a small fee but affordable. they'll send you the degree so you don't have to pick it up. just go to your school website and see if there is a form on-line and read the instructions from there.

Contact your university and ask for a duplicate. I think they should be able to send it to you; if someone else were to pick it up, they may have to have signed permission from you to do so, so make sure you ask when you ask for the duplicate itself.
