No. I know CA police officers have to get pepper spraid during training. It makes you blind for a little bit. It even makes you sneeze and commonly throw up. It doesn't make you permanently blind even if you do leave it in for awhile, but not prefered. If it did make people blind it basically wouldn't be available to anyone, and officers wouldn't be allowed to carry it. When police officers use it they have to get immediate medical attention for the criminal.

I don't know this for a fact, but I would assume it doesn't. I think mace was much more harmful, but it's illegal now in most states, and pepper spray isn't, so that should reassure you.

well probably not, because your eyes would water and eventually get rid of it. if a copius amount was sprayed into your eyes then it may damage them but they wouldnt make a disabling spray with blinding capabilities to be used for law enforcement
