i'm not sure about exercises other than doing some basic toning moves like planks, sit ups, push up, and maybe yoga but for fashion i'd try some bias-cut dresses, a-line skirts, boot cut or slightled flared jeans, empire waists on shirts and dresses, darker colors (of course), and wearing darker bottoms will help.
this season in clothing is especially hourglass figure friendly, check out floaty, light fabrics or structured jackets, just make sure you don't go too big, things that are semi-fitted are best.
the below links have lots of info on exercises, clothign cues, and all sorts of things.

I've found that the best things for an hourglass figure are shirts that are scrunched at the sides. Nothing too dramatic where it's riding up your stomach, but something sexy and sleek. Never wear horizontal stripes. Wear pants that fit well around the hips and make sure theyre not chunky (i bought a pair once and the belt hoops were so thick and it was just...i dunno, weird lol.) But yeah...scrunching on the side of shirts are really good. Empire waist things are good, but make sure they fit well, sometimes they can make you look pregnant, so just try it on and see how it feels.

Hourglass you may tell a girl has an hourglass parent whilst she has a bust, small bone shape, defined waist, curved hips, shapely legs, and infrequently a protruding backside. you certainly have curves, so why no longer practice them off? So what varieties are maximum suitable appropriate to your shape? considering which you have a defined waist, drawing interest to your waist via donning pants with a contoured waistband, belts, or wrap tops that take a seat in simple terms at your waist, is a huge thank you to intensify your supplies. follow clothing this is semi-equipped as destructive to too equipped or tight. stay faraway from outsized or dishevelled varieties considering that they're going to overpower your bone shape. each magazine states that having an hourglass parent is the dream parent to have, so be sure you place on outfits that intensify your curves.

At the end of the year last year I was needing to loose a little weight but I was the same as you, nothing worked. I desided to get into Kung Fu, didn't think I would like it or be able to do it at all but I did it anyways. After a month of doing it I toned up and got into shape and loved doing it, I lost weight where I needed to and looked good finally.
Also I have always heard that wearing black makes you look thiner, I don't wear black pants, hate them, but I do wear black shirts though and it works.

Swimming and tennis are two good ones.
Dark clothes and verticle stripes help.
Also, heels make you look taller and, perhaps thinner.
