I believe you should initiate your inquiry with NTE. If they don't have the course they should be able to point you in the right direction.

There a couple of salon who conduct ITE skilled hairdressing courses, but for manicurists I dont know is their a course for it. Call Mirror International in Chinatown to find out more, I hope Mike could assist you.
