Yes, sometimes its really hard to get over things. Like a bad marriage, kinda makes me feel like a failure at times, but really it has helped my marriage now.

Fret ?? HA, more like take the dagger for my past mistakes. I worry all the time that I am going to make the same mistake twice I have learned what to watch for and how to deal with "most" situations. Sometimes it just hits you SMACK dab on the face when you do something you know went wrong previously.

Yes I have, but as my best friend tells me, what can you really do about it now anyway? It's done. It's wasted time & energy. Better to think of how not to repeat those past mistakes.

Yep, guess its natural too. But don't worry, we all make mistakes. Best thing to do is just learn from it and move on. Lifes too short to dwell on mistakes, enjoy it :)

yes, i find myself doing it all the time. afterwards i always think how much better things could be if i chose otherwise. the way to get over it is to think of how bad it could have been. to just stop regretting things is against human nature.
