No, I believe John McCain is a patriot who loves this country. But, his years in the prison camp have given him a condition somewhat akin to the Stockholm syndrome, which causes him to be a little shy about taking strong, militaristic action against those who would harm our nation. He is a wonderful American who would have a place of responsibility in my administration, but it would probably be as a diplomat or special envoy.

His experiences are unique, and as I said, I do not for a second question his loyalty to America. But, I think we need to train a generation of new, touch Americans who have the willingness to use radical means to confront the threats that truly threaten our nation.

Yes I would love to ee a Huckabee/McCain Ticket in 08 I would then be happy to vote Republican. King George II almost had me ready to just write in a candidate for President,, I have gotten votes in the past that way.

He's WAY too old. He's older right now that when Reagan first went into office.
