steps to get in to a good acting college?

I want to go to a good preforming arts college but I dont know where or how to start looking for one. Does anyone know the steps to get into a good school or how to help me find a school? I want to do film acting not Theatre. I have done many plays but I just dont know how to get to a college for film.

You really willl not learn film acting at a college, in fact there are only a small number of colleges that are any good for acting at all. Unless you are very very good and very very rich it will be difficult to get into a top college acting school. But why are you even considering college it you want to be a film actor? You are wasting four years that could give you a big jump on the competition wasting their time at college. Don't get me wrong Zoe, but I would think Theatre and film acting would be the same.The only difference would be how to perform in front of a camera.But I would log in what you require, and see what comes up?You also don't say where you are, so it makes it hard to suggest.
