Like to fine tune things myself. Only thing is, I tend to use a 20 pound sledge hammer to do the fine tuning.

eveyone in ecological terms in the ecosystem is dependent on others but
for fine tuning i
prefer doing things myway
and rarely would like some one else to
even support me but would consult all those needing consultation to firm up my
view point before donig the job well

No way, I even tune my piano. After I learned what "stretch" to use, it was easy listen to the beats between the strings.

i get other people to do the rough bulk of the work .
then i come and finetune at the end.
