I am afraid of confrontation... I'm a people-pleaser... I can't stand to upset other people in fear of confrontation. I don't know why I'm like this, I guess I'm just too much of a nice person?

Yes I have a friend like that. She doesn't like to argue with anybody and if it does happen she usually doesn't say anything. But wasn't Jesus like that? He never argued with anybody and if they blashemized him he listened to what they had to say before speaking Himself. Jesus never argued nor fought. Makes us think twice about confrontations.
