need more info on this one. The rings will allow too much compression to pass but that is usually not the cause of lack of compression.

The ring dont cause compression if they are broken or it has none left.Or maybe the valves are stuffed.Pull the motor apart and rebuilt/replace.

either ya toasted the motor or you have some valves sticking open

Maybe they are wore out. Or maybe your valves are burned.

They may be worn out or cracked ...or valves may be damaged...
