I had it about 1 year now and it's still the same size as I got it.

Were was it before you got it? like the seller he probably stunted his growth.

What stuff do you feed him? that is weird because mine grew to 15" after a year, and i got him with his egg sack still in his stomach at 2"

The best way to bulk up a predator like the clown knike is to give him lots of high protien food and tons of water exchanges. Try earthworms and frozen beefheart along with frequent water exchanges and you will see results in no time.

What size tank is it in? If it's in too small of a tank, its growth will be stunted and it will die early.

EDIT: 55 gallons is the minimum size a CKF should be kept in. If you want to see it grow, you should upgrade tanks.

Maybe it just grows slow, fish can get pretty old if they're kept healthy
