Masungit is a mood, not a good one but definitely not bad as well. If its a Filipina who told you that, well maybe you are busy with something and she tries to catch your attention but you ignored her so she called you masungit. Its just one way of catching someone's attention...nobody wants to be called masungit hahahaha
