Filipinas, by far, and especially Roszi Love. Man she is beautiful.
I've seen plenty of Filipinas and Vietnamese and there is no doubt in my mind of this being the correct answer.

As with beauty, being a hot chick lies in the eyes of the beholder.
If the beholder likes slim or slender Chinese-looking girls, then it's the Vietnamese girls. But if the beholder wants more variety in terms of looks (like Eurasian or dark-skinned/morena or mixture of Malay/Indian/Chinese looks) or variety in terms of body type (from the slim/slender to the very voluptuous/curvaceous body type), then it's the Filipinas who'd be hot.

but if you would ask me, I'll go for Filipinas... there are tons of mestizas, morenas, though there are many exotic beauties too, etc... many Filipinas can be compared to latinas...
actually, the Philippines has the largest population of Eurasians in the whole world...
but, Maggie Q, is hot too... she is half Vietnamese and half white...

Vietnamese and Filipinos tend to look very similiar sometimes, but i have been observing both nationalities and so far, from what I've seen... filipinas seem to be the more attractive looking one, but viets are pretty too.
