No, there is no such thing as a natural right. People look to the Declaration of Independence as laying out natural rights, or rights "endowed by our creator." Amazing that for 10,000 years, no one imagined the right to vote, or to be free from warrantless search as a "natural right."
Natural right is a modernist term, to justify the rights people demanded after the enlightenment. But they do not exist in the real world, they are merely constructs. Few cultures share the concept of natural rights, and the ones that do have different ideas of what those natural rights are. In the West, people believe they have a natural right to choose their marriage partners. In the East, people live in arranged marriages.
I belive the rights we hold in the west are superior, in almost all respects, to the rights other cultures hold. But they are not "natural". They were fought for through centuries and cost many lives to secure.

The pre-amble to the Constitution lists "certain Un-Ailiable rights amgust these are life liberty and the persiut of happiness" those are considered "natural" rights or God given rights.

There are many things considered to be natural rights.
However, in a legal system, the only "rights" are the things that the govt is not allowed to limit.

These rights are "god given" When those words were written down It was unheard of at that time Most likely they were mis-spelled but who care about that!

You have a natural right to believe what you want; others can force you to repudiate those beliefs, they can persecute you if you state those beliefs, but they can't make you believe something else.
