i got expelled from school for prank calling the secretary of my middle school office's home, i made 8 to 12 calls for about 4 months. and the police found me out and i got expelled from school. the things i said were that she was a *****, her son goes to my school too so i said he was gay, i said the whole school hates her, i went to a party of her son and his dad punched him in the face so i called and lied that i was child services and if this happened again i would take her son away. and i lied that i was a parent saying that her son was selling marijuana to my fake son. i never said anything like im gonna kill u or anything. tomorrow i have to go to a meeting from juvenile services there will me an intake officer he will have to make on of 3 choices , 1. give me a warning and it will end right there. 2. put me on informal probation. 3. petition that i should go to court.

i have realized that i have problems so i am going to therapy for about 8 weeks so far. this is the first time i have ever been arrested. i am 14 yhears old and i like in maryland.

and i have been put in a special teens who do drugs and get into fights a lot

I think you should go to court and be mandated into therapy as I am wondering how grounded you are with simple expectations and simple courtesy that should have been taught to you long ago!!

You can't put someone on probation that has not been convicted of anything!

They may have a diversion program, if this is your first time, that would preclude you being charged!

I think you have some issues that need to be dealt with or nothing will change and you will find yourself in jail!

It really is up to you! Pick yourself up and learn from what you did, or repeat the same mistake over and over for the rest of your life! Get help now while you can as later on it will not be available to you! You also need a psychiatric evaluation!
