What do i need for back to school? School started in two and a half weeks?

what are the basics i need do you suppose? i am uttterly clueless and i dont usually go shopping often.
i live in minnesota
if you have an idea, please also think about where i could get it, what brands, etc. thanks

Target, Walmart, Wallgreens....

5-7 binders (depending on how many classes you have)
college ruled or wide ruled notebook paper
pencils
red pens
blue pens
planner
notebooks
backpack

that's all I need..

Don't know your dress code, or your style - hope you have some of these already.
1] 2 pair good fitting jeans, in different styles or washes
2] 2 pair slacks [ dress, or khakis/chinos ]
3] 2 pair each capris, bermudas, shorts - suggest mostly solid bottoms to coordinate with various tops
4] 2 skirts, if you want them
5] 7 fitted Tshirts [ womens ] in various necklines and colors -
pastels and brights look good next to the face
6] 3 long sleeved button shirts
7] 3 pretty blouses [ ruffles, lace,or feminine color - not all three ]
8] at least one each - cardigan, zip sweatshirt, jacket [ jean, cord, velvet ]
9] if you want and can wear them - 7 assorted tanks, camisoles, halters, strapless - different colors
10] church - 2 or 3 dresses [ or the skirts or dress pants ]
11] shoes - ballet flats, skechers, skimmers, slip ons, pretty sandals
BEFORE YOU SHOP:
a] measure yourself and write down numbers
b] research size charts or guides for your stores online
c] spend a day at the mall, watching what people your grade and up are wearing
d] try outlet, clearance, and sales
e] buy what flatters your shape and coloring, not just because it's trendy or 'hot'

Go to MOA! That mall is awesome! It has so many stores for back to school shopping. Look at all of the clothing stores for teenagers like hollister, abercomie&fitch, american eagle, forever21, wet seal, charolette russe, urban outfitters, pacsun, old navy and and other stores. Buy what YOU like and make sure it fits.


here are some good things to get for back to school

- a few hoodies (from hollister, ae, abercrombie&fitch)
- 3 pairs of new jeans (one light, one dark, one destroyed)
- 1 pair of sweat pants ( abercome&fitch, victoria secret)
- a few tshirts- ( hollister, abercrombie&fitch, wet seal, forever 21, pacsun anywhere!)
- a few tanks , at least one white ( from wet seal, forever 21, and old navy)
- maybe a pair of skinny jeans or pants
- a mini skirt , either denim or plaid ( american eagle, hollister)
- 1 pair of leggings
- ballet flats
- a few henlys (pacsun, american eagle)

And jewlery!
wet seal, forever 21, american eagle, claires and other stores.

Of course you dont have to buy all of that! those are just ideas!

go for sumthin cheap that doesnt look cheap....unless you have money then go crazy! clean all dark or all light skinny jeans and cute shirts and tanktops...hook it up with your own style:)
