My sister's middle name is Glo...
She hates it & didn't even put it on her children's birth certificates
I honestly don't think it's bad at all...its unique!

i actually love it
it makes her sound like shes so unique she Glows but with a Glo
it also makes her sound like Jlos perfume
Glo
Miami Glo
and everything else
it makes her sound sweet and so warm and helpful
i really like it

it's different. if she hates it so bad, why won't she just change it. it's a unique name, but it takes confidence and a strut/swag to rock a name as such. maybe when she was being named, her parent was thinking of how unique she'd be and she turned out to shy away from the name. jus because the name is ready for HER, doesn't mean that the name is ready for her.

I don't think its a bad name, but I wouldn't suggest naming a kid Glo - other kids might be able to rhyme it with stuff

I could see trying to cover that one up! Reminds me of Soul Glo from "Coming to America" Which you spray in your hair and leave greasy spots on people's couches. lol

I like it, it is diiferent and unique. There won't be that many other kids running around with that name.

well you can add a w to glo.So it could be glow..it can represent something that lights up in the night.
I think it's a nice name..she should just add a w.that's all.
