I'm really nervous about meeting the squad tomarrow... its our first practice... Any advice?

Listen to the coach, respect everyone, don't talk about what you don't know about, and work hard. All of those things will earn respect from the coach and your team mates.

Just relax and be yourself. It is easier said than done, but I have made many a mistake by being nervous. Take long, deep breaths before you go in.

keep practicing and work on your herkeys they will ask you to do lots of things that are hard or difficult and just try to keep up and try your best.
