If you were to rank each position from 1-11 with 1 being the most important (also most difficult), and 10 being the worst, I would have to go w/ Dan Marino at the Q.B. position. The Q.B. not only has to know everyones position, personel, plays etc. But they also have to get the ball off w/o being smacked to the ground. If I were to make a second it would've been Bo Jackson at R.B. Im not saying r.b. is the second toughest but if he had been able to play for at least 10 seasons he would've gone down as the best ever. Just youtube Bo Jackson the guy was unbelievable.

Id say a four way tie between Peyton Manning, Joe Montana, Terry Bradshaw, and Dan Marinno, good question. One more person i forgot would have to be Franco Harris

Impossible to answer. How can you compare a quarterback to a linebacker?
You can do it by position, but not absolutely.
Lets put it this way, if you had to choose one player to start a team...
I'd go with Montana.

Jerry Rice. Not only has he scored the most touchdowns, but his work ethic is unrivaled, and contributed to his longevity. He will be the benchmark for not only wide receivers, but all players for years to come.
