i have ELITEGROUP 945GZT-M and Intel P4 3.2 GHz HT and 1 GB RAM running at 533 MHz.
can i overclock my cpu and ram speeds and how.

when i rise cpu fsb speed my computer stop working until i reset cmos.

Yes you can overclock it anything can be oerclocked in a fashion but why when the cost of parts CPU's etc are cheap now days.

it is better practise not to overclock but replace

if yer gonna overclock yer pt 4 get a good heatsink n fan.otr liquid cooling.the zalman 9700 fan is pretty sweet.keeps mine stable while overclocking.seems like most of yer pc should b fast enough.if u want it faster u could also get a core 2 duo if yer mobo supports it.

yes and look it up online. If you really dont care or want to read about it restart your pc go into your bios and raise you cpu speed-multiplier.

fsb is not the only thing to adjust. u might have to up the voltage to the cpu. goto www.sharkyforums.com
