I was just curious if this power supply would be enough to power a 8600gt or a hd 2600xt or even maybe a x1950pro. Also i have never delt with thermaltake before. Do they make good power supplies.

cpu-3800+ x2
ram-2 gig ddr2 800
motherboard-gigabyte
hard drives-2 200 gig.

The powersupply should be fine.
I barely see them returned. But if your going all out i might spend a little more.

You always get what you pay for, especially with computers.

Thermaltake makes good quality stuff. That is plenty powerful enough to power the cards you are talking about, so you will have no problem there.

you will be fine. the 8600 dont require too much power. The ati card takes ALOT of juice.

Sli usually needs 500 so you should be good.
