Paley would be horrible for your girl in school, because mean kids will tease her about being pale and all (regardless of how dark she is ). I would skip that one.
Willow is a very cute name. I once had a friend named Oakley. I love tree names
Devin is SO CUTE. My neighbor ( who is 3 years old) is named devin and I think it is adorable on a little girl.
Tavia. Hmmm.... I don't like it that much myself, but I hae no reason not to like it.
Gavin is a good name.
On Julien, I would spell it Julian, just because it wouldn't seem right to me. But then again, thats me!
Caleb is nice and strong sounding.
Connor... same as Tavia. No reason why I don't like it.

They are all very unique names.
I like Tavia & Devin.
& I also like Julien & Caleb.
They Really stick.
Don't like Paley or Gavin much though. Paley Sounds like a garnish and Gavin sounds too old for a child in this day and age.

What matters is if you like the name.
That being said, out of those options, I like Gavin for a boy.
Willow is an interesting girl name. Devin is a boy name. It sounds weird to use it for a girl.

Willow is okay. But, I much prefer Willa.
The boy names are all kind of popular, except Julien. Which happens to be the only one I like, but I prefer Julian.

I like Willow, Caleb and Connor. But the others are not to my taste. Gavin for instance is the name of my 45 year old cousin and it is old fashioned even for him...I would NEVER name a newborn that!
