Can't happen. Both Stewart and Colbert are residents of New York State. The Constitution requires that the President and Vice President be residents of different states.

desert, I think Colbert lives in New Jersey.

Even if he doesn't, changing legal residence is not difficult. If I'm not mistaken, Colbert's mother still lives in Charleston; he could claim that as his residence, for example.
