ACPI is a standard for hardware and power management. It has nothing to do with manufacturers.

To find your board manufacturer, it is often displayed during bootup at POST. The other way is to open up your computer and there is a hardware ID number on your motherboard. You can look that up to find out the board manufacturer.

What drivers are you looking for? Often, you can find drivers by the manufacturer of the hardware/chipset rather than going to the motherboard manufacturer. For example, my motherboard manufacturer is MSI, but I can go to Nvidia's web site to download the nForce chipset drivers for my onboard sound and motherboard drivers.
