I see you are a GH fan so I had to reply :-) If you want to have a little fun and enter a whole new world try The Eyre Affair by Jasper Fforde-totally different and addicting...(if I had to pick a character who could appreciate it Id say Georgie)

Depends on what you like. Here are some of my faves--take your pick . . .
by L. A. Meyer (don't be discouraged--if you want a book with a heroine and love an exciting high seas adventure, these are the ones for you: (I give his series a billion stars!))
-"Bloody Jack"
-"Curse of the Blue Tattoo"
-"Under the Jolly Roger"
-"In the Belly of the Bloodhound"
by Stephenie Meyer (glorious vampires galore! *giggles*)
-"Twilight"
-"New Moon"
-"Eclipse" (coming out on the 7th)
by Meg Cabot (aka. Jenny Carroll)
-"Avalon High"
-The Mediator series (better than the regular chick-lit)
- 1-800-Where-R-You series
by J. K. Rowling
-Harry Potter 1-7 (duh!)
by Scott Westerfeld
-Midnighters series
-Uglies trilogy
by Tamora Pierce
-Song of the Lioness quartet
by Darren Shan
-Cirque du Freak series
by D. J. MacHale
-Pendragon series
And if you're up for a challenge . . .
by John Steinbeck
-East of Eden (I was suprised--I totally hated "The Pearl", but once I got used to the writing style, I found that I really liked it)

East Of Eden - John Steinbeck
To Kill A Mockingbird - Harper Lee
Two of the best books ever written
On the lighter side, try an Agatha Christie mystery.

Hmm, depends on your age. If your a teen or lower, than 'ttyl', Eleven, and Twelve are great books.
Now, if you are a adult, than Scar Tissue is a great book. Now, WARNING, this book is meant for adults ONLY, DEFINETLY not for children or early teenagers. Bad language and some nudity (one pic) but is very interesting and good. Hope this helps!

Not knowing your age or interests makes suggesting books difficult, but here's my best shot:
http://www.life-after-harry-potter.com
Included is a list of only the best sorcery fantasy books, grade reading level, and a short review of each book.
I hope this helps.
